BeePORT Technology ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the BeeZee mobile application and related services ("Platform", "App", "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use BeeZee.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA") as applicable.

6.1. Active accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
6.2. Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, or complying with legal obligations).
6.3. Payment records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 8 years as required under Indian tax and financial regulations.
6.4. Ratings and trust data: Anonymised ratings data may be retained indefinitely for platform integrity.
6.5. Site operation records: Deployment and commission records are retained for a minimum of 3 years.

11.1. The BeeZee mobile app does not use cookies.
11.2. The BeeZee admin panel (web application) may use essential cookies for session management and authentication. These are strictly necessary and cannot be opted out of.

14.2. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) as applicable and to the extent notified by the Government of India.
14.3. We are registered as an intermediary under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
