Delete Your BeeZee Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your BeeZee account and what happens to your data. It applies to the BeeZee mobile app (developer: BeePORT Technology) and its associated account data.

1. Delete your account from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the BeeZee app:

Candidates (workers)

1. Open the BeeZee app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted.

Companies (employers)

1. Open the BeeZee app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. If you are the company owner, this deletes the entire company — all contacts, projects and job posts. You will be asked to type your company name to confirm.
4. If you are not the owner (a manager or supervisor), this deletes only your own account. The company and its other contacts stay active.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app — for example your company's owner has left, or you can no longer log in — you can request account and company deletion by contacting us:

Please send the request from, or include, the mobile number registered with BeeZee (and, for companies, the business name) so we can verify ownership before deleting. We will action verified requests within 90 days.

3. What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase your personal data, including:

• Your name, mobile number, email and profile details
• Photographs and any KYC / identity documents you submitted
• Job applications, saved jobs, skills and work history (candidates)
• Company profile, contacts, projects and job posts (when an owner deletes the company)
• Ratings, feedback text and referral contact details
• Login sessions and one-time-password (OTP) history

4. What we retain (and why)

As required by Indian tax and financial regulations, we keep financial transaction records (payments, invoices and subscription records) in an anonymized form — detached from your name and contact details — for the legally required retention period (a minimum of 8 years). Anonymized ratings data may be retained for platform integrity. These records can no longer be used to identify you.
